Although rare, some loading screens might show for an extended amount of time. The app is gathering many tracks for you to look through. If a loading screen has stayed present for over a minute, close the app and open it again to reset it.

Yes! Over time, more genres are planned to be added to Crate. The initial version of the app is aimed to target general discovery over broad genres.

Some filter/genre combinations are incredibly niche or present no music. For example: if you select 1970s Hip-Hop in Japan, there will be little to no results. If a filter combination is greyed out it is because there are a small present for that combination. This ensures that playable filter combinations are deep and give a wide variety of music.
